I am also using Windows 10 and I've installed the application and it works pretty nice. There were no errors and the screen was recorded in its full resolution. The only thing that I've changed is the FPS because it was too low and I believe it doesn't support higher although you change it.

To set a higher FPS for recording using eLecta Live Screen Recorder for Windows, you can try the following steps:
Open the program and go to the settings or preferences menu.
Look for the recording options or video settings.
Locate the FPS (frames per second) option and increase it to your desired value (e.g., 30 FPS).
Apply the changes and start recording to check if it now matches the desired FPS.
If the above steps do not fix the issue, you may need to check if your computer meets the necessary hardware requirements to record at higher FPS, or consider reaching out to eLecta Live support for further assistance.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore a broken AVI file. You may need to record the screen again using the eLecta Live Screen Recorder program.
It is possible that the "eLecta Live Screen Recorder" program may be recording videos at a higher speed than normal.
